In order to make your group experience with us as simple as possible we have kept our group procedures to a minimum. We kindly ask your cooperation in following them.

• All group fare quotes are subject to availability by Lufthansa‘s yield management department.

• Once the space is confirmed we do require a $100.00 deposit for each seat booked by check or wire transfer; high season deposits are $200.00 per seat.

• Your deposit is refundable minus a $250.00 service fee should the group cancel entirely up to and including 60 days prior to departure.

• At the 60 day mark you must also advise at least 50 percent of the names in order to continue holding the confirmed space. Please make your final reductions and guarantee utilization of all remaining booked seats at this time.

• Within 60 days you will forfeit $100.00 for every seat cancelled.

• At the 45 day mark you must advise us in writing  the final name list. Please make sure the names we receive are as they appear on the passengers' passport. We also need the passengers' dates of birth and genders.

• At the 35 day mark we must receive your final payment in order to issue your group’s tickets.

• Once ticketed there is a $350.00 penalty per person to cancel a ticket, and a $300.00 penalty to change a name.

• Space cancelled or released for non compliance of the above procedures will not be reinstated and will have to be requested at current group tariffs.

• All other fees and conditions will be handled on a case by case basis.
